We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Production Services team supporting mission critical systems within the Wealth Management domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of production applications while providing timely support to business users and working closely with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities - Provide daily application and production support for Wealth Management systems.
- Monitor production environments to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed service levels.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
