Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities  Key Responsibilities  1. Application Support  Provide first-level support for application-related issues. 
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly. 
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed. 
 2. Routine Maintenance  Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. And code changes 
Deploy and test application in DEV and UAT before deploy to prod 
Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely. 
 3. User Assistance  Assist end-users with application-related queries and issues. 
Provide basic training and guidance on application usage. 
Document common issues and solutions for future reference. 
 4. Incident Management  Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
