Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of application systems
Implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability of system.
Perform application setup, deployment and maintenance
Provide operating guidance, training and troubleshooting documents to internal and external parties.
Maintenance of application documents
Assist with generating of application reports
Support system testing and evaluation activities including User Acceptance Test
Writing scripts/programs for service monitoring and health check of all systems
