Application Support Engineer

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Application Support for mission-critical systems, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience supporting applications related to:
  • Lobbyworks (Workforce Monitoring).
  • Watchlist.
  • Building and Facilities Security Systems.
  • Physical Access Control solutions for financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL, Unix/Linux, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, ServiceNow, StarFleet, AppDynamics.
• Understanding of Application Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management in production environments.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and the financial services business.
• Experience using monitoring, reporting, and issue-tracking tools.
