Description
β’
Implementing and maintaning of Loyalty Hosting Applications in Data Center, at client sites and other project locations.
β’ Test and deliver complex application changes. β’ Support & troubleshooting of application technical issues. β’ Provide application training to user. β’ Perform daily first level support to user and attend to support call promptly. β’ Assists in drafting and implementing documentation, standards, policy, guidelines and practices.
Qualifications
β’ Possess a recognised Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent. β’ Minimum 2 years of full time working experience in the related field. β’ Exposure to Loyalty Applications preferred. β’ Familiar with Sun Solaris and Windows operating system. β’ Knowledge in Java and Oracle database is required. β’ Background in software support and testing environment. β’ Able to work independently. β’ Strong analytical abil...
