Should have ability to work in Level2 Production Support Environment and work closely with Clients and Stakeholders and provide maximum possible support.
Should have flexibility and be able to adapt according to business needs.
Should have good Technical Knowledge in Unix, shell scripting and Oracle and provide solutions to the business users as required
Coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions as required.
Provide Weekend support as and when necessary, depending on Client Requirements
Should work on creating Change requests and work with various teams in getting that change approved and get it deployed in production.
Should provide support to release management team by performing sanity and validations after successful deployment
