Manage problem tickets, change requests, and system integrations. Analyze issues and recommend solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing.Β 
Mentor junior staff and provide high-level production support. Deliver quality code for testing and validation, adhering to IT and Corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve IT tickets raised by business units related to various applications.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business functionality of supported applications.
  • Actively collaborate with one or more functional areas within Parexel to align business processes with systems and tools.
  • Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT Team members.
