Job Purpose Summary
Key responsibilities:
Capabilities of reproducing issues (testing)
Respond to user requests and register them
Generate solutions for those problems reported by users
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks
Essential work skills
Minimum 1‐year knowledge of Service Desk or Help Desk team expected and demonstrable
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to work independently as well as part of the team
Work calmly under pressure

M-F; ***** local time (time of the shift can be adapted)
Salary Offer
