Having good knowledge on windows basic troubleshooting and handling complex situations, having knowledge on SCCM ,WDS, DHCP , DNS , aware of AV solutions, encryption tool, aware of SLAs, patch management system, aware of bulk imaging /remote imaging ,aware of ticketing tool and its functionality.<br /> <br /> Good hands on of basic Hardware, networking and server troubleshooting required for L1.<br /> <br /> Ready to work in all environment.<br /> <br /> Has ability to prioritize work.<br /> <br /> Aware of ITIL standards.<br /> <br /> Rotational Shift<br /> <br /> Work from office
