What You'll Be Doing Technical & Application Support - Provide equipment installation, system setup, product demonstrations, and user training for both hardware and software solutions
- Deliver application and technical support to customers, helping them maximize the value of laboratory systems
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions tailored to customer research and operational requirements
Regional Customer Support - Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers in Singapore and selected ASEAN countries
