Nove Hire Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Worcestershire County Council. To support, maintain, and develop Worcestershire County Council’s Social Care and Enterprise Applications, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs and service levels.

The role will work closely with Digital Services, Social Care teams, and third-party suppliers to support digital transformation and deliver effective customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain Social Care IT applications, including systems such as Liquidlogic.

* Investigate and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.

* Provide technical advice and support to users and stakeholders.
