**Job Description**

The Repair Technician diagnoses, repairs, and tests customer-returned electronic equipment to restore it to full working order and ensure it meets quality and industry standards. This role uses sound judgment to troubleshoot to the component level, perform rework and modifications, and document all corrective actions and failure data in company systems while working under general supervision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and process equipment returned by customers for repair or exchange, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
