Role
Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support the lead management and appointment booking process of a life insurance agency.
In this role, you will be responsible for calling leads and getting appointments booked directly onto the client’s calendar. You will also support the scheduling and coordination process by managing Zoom meetings, confirming time zones, and sending follow up updates regarding calls and appointments.
Responsibilities :
• Handle outbound calls with leads and schedule appointments on the client’s calendar
