Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce the company's SaaS products or technology services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting targets.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, or Sales Development.
• Hands‑on experience selling SaaS products or IT/Technology Services .
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
