Administration Apprentice – Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3.

Location: St Martins Hospital Site, Littlebourne Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1TD. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:00.

Main Duties

Organise administrative tasks, maintain filing systems, manage correspondence, prepare and file documents, and provide support to the team.

Use RIO software; training will be provided.

Prepare for and take a typing test, numeracy and literacy test, and a written Trust Values exercise as part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE (Grade C/4 or above)

I.T. Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and RIO software (training provided)
