Responsibilities:
Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologistFamiliarize with production and maintenance departmentsActively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality controlGetting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality managementProgramming and setting-up production machinesParticipation in special projects such as Trainees recruit traineesQualifications:
Good understanding of technical processesIf possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.Basic computer knowledgeAccurate and thorough workAbility to work independently, in a structured manner and self-organizedGood manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skillsAbility to adapt flexibly to new situations
