**Job Description**

The Issue Management Apprentice will support the team in managing and tracking operational risk events (OREs) and issues across the KYC / EDD program. This role will focus on ensuring effective coordination, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation to support issue resolution and closure in partnership with Control Management and relevant stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and update the ORE and Issue Tracker, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.

+ Track progress of open issues and OREs, proactively following up with relevant stakeholders to drive timely closure.

+ Coordinate with Control Management, business teams, and other stakeholders to gather required evidence and documentation for issue validation and closure.
