**Job Description**

The Finance trainee apprentice will be responsible for supporting key financial and accounting processes within the organization. The role will involve structured training, collaboration and opportunity to experience the dynamic world of Amex Finance every day.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with routine month-close tasks, as assigned
+ Assist in managing Balance sheet Assurance including reporting, analysis etc
+ Sustain enterprise-wide Balance Sheet health while remaining focused on efficiency and sustaining financial integrity for the company including ensuring timely delivery
+ Prepare & validate RSR reports, under supervision
+ Perform basic data analysis, including creating spreadsheets & summarizing financial information
+ Collaborate with other Finance teams/functions to gather relevant financial information to meet the requirements of the role
