Position Overview

            POSITION 2: Apprenticeship Program Manager

JD for Recruitment:

Designs and launches apprenticeship program structure combining on-the-job employment with related instruction

Manages registered apprenticeship administration and compliance

Onboards and manages relationships with participating rural healthcare employers

Ensures apprenticeships are net new and aligned to documented workforce shortage roles

Tracks 5-year service commitments and develops enforcement mechanisms

Coordinates with other Mountain State Care Force initiatives for referral pathway integration

Develops the Apprenticeship Replication Playbook (required deliverable)

Minimum 5 years in apprenticeship program administration, workforce development, or healthcare workforce pipeline management

Experience with US DOL registered apprenticeship programs preferred
