The APS3 Participant Support Officer provides administrative, procedural and operational support within a high-volume service delivery environment, supporting participants and stakeholders with quality service and accurate processing of information.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

• Frontline contact via phone, email, reception and in person
• Respond to enquiries using systems, scripts and guidelines
