Our client is a large government department tasked with improving the lives of Australians.  Our client is looking for experienced Administration Officers to join their busy team for a period of 6 months, on a temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
  

About the role:

• Manage frontline enquiries via phone and online channels, acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers.
• Coordinate appointments, update client records, and maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Provide administrative support including consent form updates, overflow tasks, and record management.
• Assist with implementation of a new Case Management System while supporting business-as-usual operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support training and learning activities within the service.
