Seminar dealing with municipalities, the exercise of powers, municipal liabilities and obligations, prosecutions, challenges to municipal decisions, and land‑use planning. Emphasis is on the application of theory to practice with guest lecturers, case studies, role‑playing and class participation, and a mock hearing or paper. Course Details
