AR / Billing Specialist

System One is hiring an AR/Billing Specialist for a client in the Tulsa area with strong, hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and billing. This role is AR-heavy and ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
+ Process invoices and manage Accounts Receivable
+ Apply payments and resolve billing discrepancies
+ Follow up on past-due accounts
+ Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports



Requirements:
+ 1+ years of AR and/or billing experience
+ No degree required
+ Strong attention to detail and organization
+ Onsite availability required
