Our client is a leader in the Life science Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to business needs, they are looking for a AR Collection Executive (Yearly renewable contract) to join their team. They are located in the West.

Duties - Contact clients to collect outstanding debts, ensuring monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets are achieved
- Upload invoices promptly to customers portals
- Identify slow-moving accounts and elevate delinquent debts for further action
- Place customer accounts on credit hold when appropriate, based on delinquency evidence
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all client correspondence related to payments
- Handle accounts professionally to preserve positive customer relationships and reduce bad debt risk
