Accounts Receivable Resource – Skilled Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounts Receivable Resource to support the billing and collection operations of skilled nursing facilities in Iowa. This position will help ensure accurate, timely billing and collections while working closely with facility teams, payors, and company leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage accounts receivable follow-up for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private-pay, and other payors

• Review aging reports and prioritize outstanding accounts for collection

• Research denied, delayed, or underpaid claims and follow through to resolution

• Complete billing, payment posting, adjustments, and account reconciliation
