Overview

We are looking for an experienced Arabic Cook with strong expertise in preparing authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes to support our catering operations in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes in line with approved menus and recipes
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation consistency in high volume catering environments
• Assist in menu execution for daily operations, functions, and events
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet operational standards
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP / UAE standards)
• Support functions and event setups, including bulk food preparation and service coordination
• Handle orders, requisitions, and inventory control, ensuring minimal wastage
• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages or quality issues
