Reporting to the team’s Account Manager / Director and working within the accounts team, the roles and responsibilities encompassed within the Arabic PR Account Support Executive role include:

• Media Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring across various platforms, including online, print, broadcast, and social media, to ensure no client coverage is missed. Provide support in managing crisis situations as required.
• Reporting (As required): Prepare and deliver timely client reports, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and H1 reports. Support the team by updating the influencer list and media list and generating reports on influencer insights.
• Research: Provide weekly industry insights and support research tasks for both clients and new business, including consumer surveys, regional findings, media and competitor analysis, and social listening.
