O&G Registrar – Advanced Trainee (Tauranga Hospital), full‑time role commencing February2027. This advanced training position offers the opportunity to progress to a Senior O&G Registrar within a supportive and dynamic department.

Responsibilities

During the course of the placement you will spend six months in Generalist Gynaecology Advanced Training and six months in Generalist Obstetric Advanced Training, with opportunities to pursue other Advanced Training Modules (ATM). You will attend colposcopy clinics and become C‑Quip accredited. An on‑call roster involving a 1:7 rotation of long days, weekends and nights will provide ample opportunities for independent practice under consultant oversight. Active involvement in education and audit will also be required.
