Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Architecture and Interior Design 
Position Title: Architect  
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar 
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM) 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Oversee and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards. 
Simultaneously manage several projects from initial design through to final construction handover. 
Evaluate and align team workflows with organizational protocols, recommending enhancements where needed. 
Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support long-term partnerships. 
Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of new projects.
