• Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute/university
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software applications
• Knowledge of building codes, development regulations, by-laws, and statutory approval processes
