• Lead the development of architectural concepts for hospitality projects from feasibility through concept design stages, including support for acquisition studies, site evaluations, massing studies, planning analysis, and master planning exercises.
• Define architectural narratives, spatial concepts, circulation strategies, and guest experience approaches, developing innovative and differentiated architectural solutions aligned with brand positioning and target markets.
• Contribute to hospitality planning strategies for guestrooms, public spaces, wellness, F&B, and operational areas, ensuring concept proposals are aligned with business plans, operational requirements, and development objectives.
