Job Purpose:

Responsible in the maintaining the design standards of the mall through establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in accordance of the business standards.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate, 4-year course
• At least 3 years of experience in Architectural industry
• Registered Architect
• Communication Skills, Computer Skills,
• Amenable to flexible schedule

MALL DESIGN

• Establish project requirements, scope of work, project budget and schedule

• Propose design concepts that will characterize the aesthetic intent of the project; review with the Client and secure approval

• Develop approved design concept and prepare drawings, list of materials and specifications; prepare documents for construction

• Ensure regulatory compliance of design
