Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

• Award construction contracts to building contractors
• Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or recent building construction being considered
• Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons
• Participate in contract negotiations
• Prepare documents showing both the structural needs and the materials required for construction
• Supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons
