Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
- Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution
- Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications
- Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters
- Prepare and submit Shop drawings
- Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)
- Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items
