Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Review Architectural drawings with approved plans and site conditions to highlight discrepancies; 
Work out shop drawing / material submission schedule and follow up with the submission / approval process to ensure not delaying site progress; 
Coordinate site/drawings across all trades to avoid clashing and ensure smooth sequencing; 
Conduct site inspections, implement architectural QAQC plans. 
Ensure compliance with RI, TOP, CSC requirements; 
Liaise with consultant team to resolve architectural detailing, technical issues before execution; 
Track architectural progress, prepare progress report and assist in verifying subcon progress claims 
Attending meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors, record minutes of meeting; 
Proficient with AutoCAD and able to amend drawings 
Liaising with architect ,consultants and subcontractors for architecture matters
