Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Conceptualize and develop architectural concepts, designs, feasibility studies that meet client requirements and aspirations; 
Establish medical planning and design parameters/principles; 
Coordinate with other design professionals, including engineers and landscape architects, to integrate all aspects of the project design; 
Work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage time efficiently across multiple projects; 
Lead presentations to clients, effectively communicating design vision, and responding to feedback to refine project outcomes; 
Competent in construction details, and able to do design development; 
Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards; 
Able lead and manage a team of architectural personnel; 
Employ advanced design software tools such as Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop, AI software to gener...
