Position Overview

            Typical Responsibilities  Drawing Production:  Creating accurate 2D/3D layouts for residential, commercial, or high-rise projects. 
Revisions & Updates:  Modifying blueprints based on engineer markups, site follow-ups, and building codes. 
Coordination:  Aligning structural drawings with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs to prevent clashes. 
 Essential Skills & Software  Core Tools:  High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. 
Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of blueprint reading, material specifications, and construction methods
