Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Develop construction and working drawings based on architectural concepts and design requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
Revise and update drawings as per project requirements and client feedback.
Prepare submission drawings for authorities and approval processes.
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and project conditions.
Assist in preparing BOQs and material schedules related to architectural works.
