Position Overview

            Role and Responsibilities:  Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects; 
Assist in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration. 
 Expertise and Qualities:  Conversant and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice; 
Has BIM capability to meet job requirement; 
Control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports; 
Check, monitor and prepare applications, including drawings, forms & correspondences, for planning and building plan approval; 
Conversant with planning and building plan approval requirement and process, project development sequence and schedules; 
Conversant with and able to produce detailed workings drawings and specifications;
