Job Purpose

The Architectural Inspector is responsible for supervising all on-site architectural installations and construction activities. The role ensures that the building’s finishes, structural-architectural interfaces, and landscaping are executed in strict accordance with specifications, approved drawings, material submittals, and UAE statutory regulations.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect architectural works—including masonry, thermal insulation, waterproofing, façade systems, and internal finishes—to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Inspect and approve on-site mock-ups for various finishes to ensure they meet the design intent and Client's quality expectations before mass installation.
