Responsible for architectural co-ordinations of various projects a Metal doors specialist sub constructor which include review and preparation of floor layout drawings, door scheduling, detailed shop drawings for submissions.
Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all technical requirements are met where applicable.
Project planning and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects documents submission approval.
Attend site coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.
Liaise with Project Managers and Contracts Head throughout the project cycle to ensure smooth effective communication for the success of the projects.
Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.
