Architectural Technician

A regional house builder have a requirement for an Architectural Technician to join their Design & Technical team based in Merseyside.

Reporting to the Technical Director you will assist with the appointment of and liaison with external consultants; produce AutoCAD house type and working drawings and support the Design and Planning Manager with the management of the business’s standard house type portfolio and the developments of standard Part L specification

Within this role you will develop and maintain good working relationships with consultants, subcontractors and material supply chains ensuring communication is effective and prompt where needed.
