My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Architectural Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be fully involved in projects from initial design through to on-site delivery, playing a key role at every stage.
About the Role
You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to the development and delivery of a wide range of residential projects. The role offers the opportunity to be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from early design development and planning, through technical detailing and Building Regulations, to supporting projects during the construction phase on site.
Our work includes a variety of residential schemes, such as:
* Extensions to existing homes
* Loft conversions
* Barn conversions
* New build residential properties
