We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our small, friendly practice. Working closely with the Architect Director, you will play a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction.

Our projects are predominantly focused on period property renovations and restorations, alongside a selection of high-quality new build residential schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for traditional architecture, conservation principles, and technical excellence.

• Develop initial design concepts provided by the Architect Director into drawings suitable for planning applications.
• Convert approved planning drawings into comprehensive technical working drawing packages.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and technical details at all scales.
