Architectural Technologist

We are in need of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi. As an Architectural Technologist you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop and produce detailed construction drawings and models. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, reviewing and analyzing building codes and regulations, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed construction drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits and review building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Preferred: possession of a biometric passport (not required).
