• Lead architecture business development in Malaysia by building strong client relationships across key sectors. This involves proactively engaging with stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and securing new projects to strengthen Arup’s market presence.
• Represent Arup at senior levels locally and internationally through trusted client engagement. You’ll act as a senior ambassador, building deep relationships and representing the firm at high‑level meetings and events.
• Strategically grow the Architecture business in Malaysia and SEA, providing technical leadership and mentoring. You’ll position Arup’s services strategically, lead project development, and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
