Serve as the Client Leader for B&N Architecture in Virginia
Create, foster, and maintain client relationships.
Take the primary lead for marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations with support from B&N Marketing and Communications team.
Manage and mentor staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create exemplary client experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture required from an NAAB accredited program.
Registered Architect in Virginia with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
Twelve or more years of related experience
Strong client relationship building experience.
