Overview

We are seeking a Growth Director to join Onni's management team to build and develop shared capabilities, operational models, and solutions that enable business areas to grow faster, more impactfully, efficiently, and customer-oriented. The role focuses on customer understanding, data, digitalization, AIRPA deployment, impact demonstration, and shared commercial operating models. The Growth Director enables and implements change across the organization, reporting to the CEO.
