Area Coach (Connecticut Territory)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Provides overall leadership and coaching to and direct supervision of approximately 6-8 Daves Hot Chicken restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their restaurant. Trains, develops, manages, and motivates restaurant management including Assistant Managers and Shift Managers. Establishes and maintains company standards in guest service, food safety, and product and facility maintenance.
What You’ll Do: The main responsibility of the Area Coach (AC) is to provide support for the RGMs. The AC accomplishes these objectives by taking a servant leadership approach, actively engaging in the coaching and direction of RGMs and Assistant Managers/Shift Leaders on a day-to-day basis.
