We are hiring an experienced professional for the role of Area Collection Manager – Mortgages to manage collections, delinquency control, and portfolio performance across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collections for Mortgage/LAP portfolio


• Manage overdue and delinquent accounts


• Ensure resolution of customer queries and repayment follow-ups


• Coordinate with field teams and agencies for collections efficiency


• Monitor portfolio health and minimize NPAs


• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
